What is a thermal study?
A thermal study uses comfortable, non-contact imaging. A specialized infrared camera records surface temperature patterns on the skin. Nothing touches your body, and there is no radiation and no compression.
Your images are reviewed by a physician, and you receive a physician-reviewed thermal report. Most clients bring that report to their own healthcare provider and talk it through together.
Thermography is an adjunctive wellness tool. It gives you one more piece of information about your body. It does not diagnose conditions, and it does not replace mammography or other recommended screening. Think of it as part of the bigger picture of your breast health and whole body wellness, alongside the care you already receive.
